property embracing the 5 head of beef cattle 48 head of hogs 15 beff [beef?]
hides and 3 tons of hay at private sale for the sum of three hundred and sixty
seven & 50/100 dollars that the sale was fairly made and that the articles
brought their full value. He would also show that he received in payment of A. BERRY’S acct. with the Estate a coat
[colt?] (unreadable) the colt to MRS.
WATTS for this amt. that the amt. of money reported as above received from A. H. SHERLEY would (?) rec’d. (?)
$36.66 instead $33.00. He would show that these amounts added to the total amt.
reported above as rec’d. by your reporter would make $6328.81 and not 4935__ as

charged no commission on this amount he would also state that he has advanced
to MRS. RACHEL WATTS as an heir of
his intestate $452.29 and to ELLEN
BRADSHAW the sum of two hundred dollars and that he has not charged any
commissions on either of these last named sums he will state that he will have
sufficient funds in his hands to meet all demands that may come against said

already reported above as advanced to them. He would also state that he has
loaned out in good security a portion of the money reported above as now on
hand at profitable rates of interest and there may be more than is reported
above to distribute. He would also show that there still remains uncollected a
good many of the accurity (?) reported in inventory
that a portion of them can be collected but that a great many of them are on
worthless parties and are utterly worthless. He shows that the notes reported
on the inventory and not yet collected with a few exceptions are secured by
vender’s lien on real Estate and drawing a profitable rate of interest and your
reporter has thought it advantage of the Estate not to press the makers of the
notes. The premises considered your reporter asks that the…
