compus mentis whereupon this caused Twelve good and lawful men to be Summoned

soundness of the mind of the said ELIZABETH
BUTLER and the Jury being duly impaneled and sworn and the said ELIZABETH BUTLER being in open court
and the Jury after hearing he testimony touching the soundness of the mind of
