and $1769.69/100 in Notes non (now?) in the hands of J. O. STRAUGHAN Admr. of said Estate the proceeds of the sale of
the personal property belonging to the said Estate from which is to be deducted

hands of said Administrator for the purposed of paying the indebtedness of said

therefore ordered by the court that said commissioners divide all of said
property both real and personal into two equal portions and that they assign to
