acres of land, one Negro Girl ordered by the court that said report be
approved.

It appearing to the Court that upon final settlement of the
Estate of W. C. CHAMBERS deceased,
that there is in the hands of the administrator of said Estate the following
effects: to wit Cash $1016.02 a quarter master receipt uncollected for 91.40
one other for 250.50 a receipt from Capt. J.
L. READ for 15$ two tracts of Land one tract contains 160 acres Prairie a
part of the headright Surveys of JOHN
LARAMORE and THOMAS BRUCE the
other tract contains 60 acres and is a part of the headright survey of THOS. LINDSEY, ordered by the Court
that said administrator pay over to BURRELLA
CHAMBERS wife of the deceased one half of the cash on hand, and the other
half to MARY E. CHAMBERS Infant
child of Said deceased, or her legal representative, and it is ordered by the
Court that ANDY DOUGLAS, A. WILSON and PLEASANT
WILSON be appointed commissioners to partition and divide the following
lands to wit 160 acres Prairie and 60 acres timbered land, between BURRELLA CHAMBERS and her infant Child MARY E. CHAMBERS, seting
(sic-setting) apart 1/3 to said MARY E.,
