GRAVES Non compos and it appearing to Court that there is a necessity for
the sale of said Negro for the payment of debts and the maintenance of the said
LEWIS GRAVES It is therefore ordered

proceed to sell said negro Boy on the first Tuesday in June at the Court house
door in the Town of McKinney at public auction to the highest bidder between
