BUMPASS Deceased praying for an order of Court authorizing him to sell one hundred fifty Three acres of [land] belonging to Said Estate, and it appearing to the Court that it is necessary to sell said land for the purpose of paying the debts against said Estate it is therefore ordered adjudged and Decreed by the Court that JOHN K. BUMPASS Administrator as aforesaid proceed to sell said one hundred and Fifty Three acres of land at the Court House Door in the town of McKinney to the Highest bidder on the 1st Tuesday in July 1857 on a Credit of (blank) months after giving notice of said sale according to law taking note and Security from the purchaiser [purchaser] and lien on the land for the purchase money, And make report to this Court on or before the (unreadable) Term thereof.

BANDY formerly SARAH M. WETSEL Surviving Widow of DAVID WETSEL Deceased and for the use and benefit of her two Infant children by the deceased To wit Lot No. (86)[or 80] in Block 11 in the Town of McKinney Known as the former residence of the Said deceased and valued on the Inventory of the said estate at one Thousand Dollars, also the property Known as Stuarts Grocery described in a deed from JOSEPH P. STUART to DAVID WETSEL on the 2nd of January 1858 and Recorded in Book L Page 233 at the Collin County Records and valued on the Inventory of said Estate at One Thousand Dollars.

 

                        Estate of J. W. WALSH Deceased

 

On this day come(s) M. R. PARRISH Administrator of the Estate of J. W. WALSH Deceased by petition praying the Court for an order authorizing him to sell the following Real Estate belonging to the said Estate To wit Lots No. 238 & 239 in Block 69 in the Town of McKinney and reappraises and shows to the satisfaction of the court that said Lots were (?) during the life time of said Deceased conveyed to T. T. BRADY be (?) Decd. of First to Secure the payment of Two certain promissory Notes. It is therefore ordered by the Court that M. R. At this day comes the administrator of the Estate of the JAS. S. BRADLEY decd. and prays that Partition and distribution of said estate be made among the heirs of said estate and it appearing to the Court that there has been property enough belonging to said Estate so to pay all the indebtness of said Estate, It is therefore ordered by the Court that said Estate be partitioned and distributed among the heirs of said Estate to wit, CHARLOTTE SPURGEN [SPURGIN] the Surviving wife of said deceased, MARY BRADLEY, EMMA BRADLEY and WILLIAM BRADLEY, and that J. O. STRAUGHAN is hereby appointed Guardian ad litum of the said MARY, EMMA and WILLIAM BRADLEY and that JAS. H. LOVEJOY, GEO. WHITE, S. G. FURGUSON and JOHN FAIRES be and they are hereby appointed Commissioners to make partition and distribution of said estate among the aforesaid named heirs to CHARLOTTE SPURGEN they will set apart one half of all the Community property belonging to said estate and one third of the separate property of said deceased, the remainder they will made an equal distribution among the above named children MARY, EMMA and WILLIAM BRADLEY taking into consideration quantity and quality, and for description of the property belonging to said Estate referenced here had to the Inventory and title papers of said Estate.

At this day comes S. COFFEY Executor and prays by petition for the sale of three Bedsteads and one Bureau and twenty five acres of land Headright of CALVIN BOWLS bought from JNO. KIRBY and it appearing to the Court that there is a necessity for said sale it is ordered by the court that the said Executor proceed to sell the above named property at public outcry at the earliest practicable time leaving notice of said sales as required by law and between the hours of 10 A.
