GRAVES Guardian of said LEWIS GRAVES proceed to sell said negro Boy on the first Tuesday in June at the Court house door in the Town of McKinney at public auction to the highest bidder between the hours of 10 A. M. and 4 P. M on a credit of 12 months the purchaser giving bond and good security for the payment of the purchase money------

GRAVES Guardian of LEWIS GRAVES Non Compos mentis and his report of the sale of one certain Negro boy NED belonging to the Estate of the said LEWIS GRAVES and It appearing to the Court that said sale was fairly made and in accordance with law and in pursuance with the order of this Court, It is therefore ordered by the court said sale be confirmed and that JOHN D. GRAVES Guardian as aforesaid made title of said Negro to LINDSEY L. LEWIS the purchaser OF said Negro boy NED at ten hundred & Eighty dollars divesting all the Right and title out of the Said LEWIS GRAVES non compos mentis and investing the said L. LEWIS with all the title the said LEWIS GRAVES non compos mentis had in and to said Negro boy NED.

Ordered by the Court that B. R. HOUGTON, WM. P CHAPMAN and CHURCHILL BEALE be and they are hereby appointed by this Court commissioners to make Partition and distribution of the Estate of MIRIAM GRAVES (to wit) 106 acres of land Homestead and 100 acres Timbered land for description you are refered (sic-referred) to title papers—one Negro man GILES, Negro woman AUNT HARRIET, one child FAN and one CHANEY and all the personal property of said deceased and for description reference (sic) is made to the Inventory of said Estate of said deceased—among the following married heirs—MILES GRAVESR. GRAVESREBECCA REAVIS and the heirs of ELIZABETH WHITFIELD- allotting to each of said heirs one ninth part of said Estate charging said named heirs with the following named advancements—MILES GRAVES two hundred dollars, R. T. GRAVES $225.00, W. L. GRAVES $575, MARY J. SHAW $200.00, L. M. GRAVES $200.00, WILEY M. GRAVES $200.00, Y./Z. D.
