To the Hon. County Court of Collin County & State of Texas exercising probate jurisdiction, the undersigned of said WETSEL decd. beg leave to report that pursuance of former orders of this court he has proceeded to sell all the goods embraced in his first inventory and order of sale which remained unsold or unclaimed on the conclusion of said sale and the undersigned presents to the Court herewith as a part of this report his account of said last sale which was made at the place of storage of said goods in the town of McKinney after having posed and published notices of said sale as required by law and the orders of said Court on Thursday the 29th day of March A. D. 1860, said sale was made on a credit of 12 months from the 16th day of January last which was the date of the first sale made under the order of the Court for all sums over the sum of 10 dollars and for cash for all sums under that amount and this account of sale now reported embraces all the saleable property of said deceased now inventoried except such articles as have been taken by the widow of said deceased at it appraised value. The undersigned prays the approval of his acts in the premises.
