The undersigned guardian of the goods and chattels, rights, credits of MARY GEORGE, a minor begs leave respectfully to report that pursuant to the decree of this Hon. Court made at the term 1869 thereof directing and authorizing him to sell the personal property of his ward the said MARY GEORGE, Minor, as aforesaid after notice made and duly given according to the States (statutes) and the direction of the said order he did on the 13th day of November 1869 at the late residence of LUKE GEORGE in said County between the hours prescribed by law proceed to sell the said personal estate to the highest and best bidder and credit of twelve months from the day of sale and did there and then expose for sale at public outcry the said personal estate consisting of stock, farming utensils for a full account of which sale with the names of the purchasers and the highest bid for said articles. Your guardian begs leave to inform your Hon. to the account sales herewith filed.

S. COFFEY, guardian of the Minor RHEAGAN (Reagan) would beg leave to
report the sale of the following personal property belonging to said Minor in
pursuant of said order of your Honorable Court on
Cow & Clk (calf?) $13.00 Yearling 4.00 4 hd cattle on buggy (sic) $20 1 horse $130; in the aggregate making $167.50. Marvis Warson was the highest and best bidder for all of said property and the same was knocked off to him. Also the recovering of the house was 1st to said Warson in consideration of which I agreed to allow him $19.50 and the rest of the premises for twelve months which was the best arrangement practicable and the interest of said minors I would say that in taking Warson’s note for property sold him the $19.50 before alluded to was deducted therefrom and the note given for remainder to wit: $148.00 W. S. Coffey & R. R. Whisenant are securities to Warsen’s (sic) notes all of which is respectfully submitted.
