The undersigned admr would further state that said above named and specified property was sold to the highest bidder on a credit of twelve months for all sums over five dollars with note and approved security and under said sum cash in hand.

That the cash received amounted to the sum of $7.0 That the quality of corn sold was 360 bushels as appraised on the Commissioners report but on gathering the same it fell short 100 bushels and therefore said 100 bushels could not be furnished to the purchaser that a portion of the oats reported by the Coms. Was not sold on account of the condition in which they were stacked but that since said sale the same have been thrashed and were found to be in good order. Further that the books reported by the Court were not sold they being overlooked…

…during the day of the sale. Farther that all the purchasers of property above named have complied with the terms of said sale with the exception of David Garner who bought one 2 year old past stear (steer) for the sum of Eight & one half dollars & who has failed up till this date to sign his note for said sum although often requested so to do that said sales amount in the aggregate to the sum of 831-80 cents involving the property bought by said Gardner who has not executed his note therefore. Further that there is one year old heifer as shown by the appraisement which was not sold, the widow, Mrs. Rachel Bogart, having killed the same the day of sale which said heifer was appraised at $5.00 all of which is respectfully submitted to the Court.
