Last Will and Testament of MARY L. HULL, Decd.

 

            In the name of God: I, MARY LAND HULL, being of sound mind knowing the uncertainty of life and the certainty of death do make this my last will and testament. I will to my beloved husband, WILLIAM EDWARD HULL, after all my debts are paid the following described property, viz: A tract of land containing about six hundred and twenty five acres situated on Rowlett’s Creek and patented to WILLIAM B. DAGLEY, assignee of JAMES LEDBETTER this land lies near Plano, Collin County, Texas. Also a tract of land situated on the East Fork of Trinity River, Collin County, Texas containing six hundred and forty acres patented to JOHN D. BLACK, assignee of LEMUEL B. HILL. Also a tract of land situated on Pilot Grove Creek, Collin County, Texas, containing three hundred and twenty acres and known as the North half of the JOHN ANGLE survey deed[ed] to ALFRED JOHNSON from JOHN ANGLE and recorded in the office of the County Clerk of the late County of Fanning (Fannin?).

            Also a tract of land containing six hundred and forty acres situated in Fanning (Fannin?) County, Texas on the waters of Bois Dare (D’Arc?) creek known as the NANCY CHINSWORTH headwright (headright). Also a tract of land situated in Fanning (Fannin?) County, Texas on the water of Bois D’Arc creek and containing three hundred and twenty acres known as the DAGLEY home stead patented to THOMAS A. DAGLEY, assignee of WILLIAM E. MILLER. Also a tract of land situated in Fanning (Fannin) County, Texas containing three hundred and twenty acres and patented to WILLIAM B. DAGLEY.

            This will includes all goods and chattels, all real estate and movable property that I may die seized of and I further appoint my husband, WILLIAM EDWARD HULL, executor of this will and that no further action be had in Court farther than to probate this document.

            Sale Bill of a tract of land belonging to the estate of WALTER B. SMOOT sold according to an order of the County Court of Collin County pertaining to estates at the February Term of same 1868.             One half acre lot with store house thereon in the village of Plano valued at $400 dollars. Eleven (11) acres improved land adjoining to the village of Plano and a part of JOSEPH KLEPPER’S Headright survey 640 acres valued at six hundred dollars. Two bed steds (steads), one crib and one lounge, one feather bed, one little square or round table, and two cows and calves, the whole amount valued at fifty six dollars – also one cooking stove valued at twenty dollars, one parlor stove valued at ten dollars. Eight chains (chairs?) valued at seventy five cents. Table ware valued at twenty dollars. Total amount of all valued by us Eleven Hundred and Twelve Dollars.
