            To the Honorable County Court Collin County pertaining to Estate.

            The undersigned commissioners appointed at the Oct. term 1866 of the County Court of Collin County pertaining to estate to lay off and set apart the life interest of the widow of JNO. D. LEADBETTERS (LEDBETTER) deceased in the Estate of said decesent (decedent?) met this day and after careful examination of said do make the following report commencing at the S. West corner of the tract 321 acres patented to B. P. Worley Thence East 56 poles to a stake Thence North 120 poles to a stake in the West line of said survey Thence South 120 poles to be beging (beginning?), also Five acres of timbered land lying North of the house the land to run round the timber on the edge of the prairie which is valued at three Hundred dollars & five dollars all of which is respectfully submitted [to the] Court.
